    I had a homeless guy today ask me what I was looking at and call me freak while I was waiting in the subway. I gave him my book that I finished reading.

    I find much fulfilment in practicing non-violence.

    It is easy to not hit someone...for me anyway. It is harder to not be violent with my words in the rare instances when someone won't respect my boundaries and push too much. I have stumbled, but I still strive to be non-violent.

    It really is a daily discipline don't ya' think. It requires a certain spiritual commitment tool
